Want to tone up your legs and bum? 44h2f
You don’t always need to hit the gym to tone up: 50 to 100 body weight squats a day will see a marked improvement in your leg tone in 30 days. You can split them up into sets of 10 or 20, it shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes a day to tone up those legs to show them off in your raceday outfit.
Losing weight is all about those calories 1u1549
…so any way we can reduce the amount we eat or increase the amount we burn will add to the overall burn. So calorie tip 1 is going against the general consensus that breakfast is the most important meal of the day: it isn’t and if weight loss is your aim, not consuming those 300 to 500 calories at breakfast means you’ll eat fewer calories overall. (Google ‘intermittent fasting’ for the skinny on the science behind why it’s good to skip breakfast.)
Go for a 15 to 30 minute walk each day 4f1i60
Walking burns calories so it makes sense that if we walk more we burn more right? A 30 minute walk could burn 90 to 200 calories, which doesn’t seem much but every 10 days that’s an extra 900 to 2000 calories burned!
Cut down on your liquid calorie intake o4m57
All calories count, even the ones that don’t fill us up. Many people drink between 200 and 1000 calories per day, so cutting them out can often lead to dramatic weight loss results.
Cut out snacks 3jo6j
Replace them with water and chewing gum: snacks can for around 300 to 600 calories per day without us even realising it. If we stick to eating our main meals and cut out snacking we’re less likely to consume too many calories.
If you implement these 5 simple tips you’re guaranteed to see great results. Combined, they’re a simple way to look and feel fabulous, you’ll see results in as little as 30 days – what are you waiting for? 5m1748
